It’s that time of year again, when all of Chicago becomes one to enjoy the beautiful beat of the music. Lollapalooza will be held August 2-4 in Chicago’s famous Grant Park with headliners like Mumford & Sons. Lollapalooza Pop-up Shop LollaShop, located at 332 S. Michigan Ave. a few feet away from the heavenly Lolla gate entrance, will be available to anyone with or without a ticket from July 26-August 5. If you couldn’t score tickets this year (they sold out quicker than ever before), LollaShop is back giving the opportunity to buy some merchandise before the gates open on August 2nd.
The LollaShop, kicking off this Friday, will offer Lolla-branded gear, the official commemorative T-shirt provided by Gap and merchandise and services from Fender Musical Instrument, Heritage Bicycles General Store, Goorin Bros., Jojo and Sofia, BucketFeet, Third Man Records, Edith Hart and Stumptown Coffee (hot or cold) and enjoy a Magnolia Bakery Lollapalooza Cupcake with it..
Still keeping in mind that this is a music festival, the LollaShop will have an area for cooling off and kicking back while listening to live performances on the Fender Stage. Yoga, as well as a selfie station (if by selfie they mean a photobooth, we are excited!) will be present.
These different activities will be placed around the LollaShop that will offer you everything to prep for the festival (or just to have fun) like Blowtique, which offers festival braiding, hair chalking and more; mophie, which will have a complimentary charging station for your devices and Flat Out Yoga. Also, be sure to check out the LollaCart, a Kiosk located on the Mag Mile at Shops at North Bridge and pick up your official Lolla T-shirt by Gap.
