We’re always looking at ways to refresh and upgrade our lives. In my last post, I showed you how I recently upgraded some of the decor in my home (click here). This time I’m going to show you how I’ve upgraded my technology!

It’s important that I am up on and using the latest technology. Managing editorial for several websites and keeping up with our social media —twitter, facebook, instagram, pinterest, all keep me extremely busy (follow us!).

Here are just a few of the gadgets I need to keep my day running smoothly:

My computer is one of the most important parts of my work life. It’s what I use everyday to manage our sites and all of the marketing aspects that go along with it. I’m a PC girl, but I also have access to a mac when I need it.

It took me awhile to jump on the iPhone bandwagon, but since I have, I’m never looking back. I can manage all of our sites and social media, answer my e-mails and have quick phone meetings without being stuck to my desk. It’s one of the best upgrades I’ve ever made (don’t know what took me so long)! It’s addicting to shop for protective cases (see some of my favorites below)!

I am in love with my tablets! I have the iPad and Microsoft Surface and I love them both. Each have their own keyboards so when I’m traveling, this is what I take and use for writing, even while in the most remote locations. Whether I’m on a press trip or traveling to NYC for work, these gadgets save me so much space in my suitcase! It upgrades my life because I can bring more shoes!

While I’ve upgraded my technology for my home office, it also keeps me on track to keeping said office tidy.
