Broadway in Chicago has just welcomed Flashdance The Musical in Chicago for a limited time! Now through August 18th at the Cadillac Palace Theatre, you can watch one of your favorite movies from the 80s comes to life on stage. You know the story, Alex Owens – the Pittsburgh steel mill welder by day, bar dancer by night, who has the dream of making it as a professional dancer one day.  Flashdance The Musical features some of your favorite hits from the movie like “Maniac,” “Gloria,” “Manhunt,” I Love Rock & Roll,” which found us singing along to Irene Cara’s smash hit “What a Feeling” – as well as 16 new hits written for the musical.
