On a recent weeknight in Chicago, we enjoyed a tasting menu paired perfectly with Blade and Bow whiskey at Chicago’s hottest new restaurant, The Hampton Social. During the night, and we enjoyed live acoustic music in their underground music venue, The Bassment—and a perfectly paired dinner upstairs, we had the opportunity to taste some incredible drinks made with Blade and Bow.
