A full flight from New York to Chicago surprised passengers with its first ever in-flight fashion show, “Runway in the Sky”. Southwest Airlines and The Magnificent Mile® in Chicago, teamed up to kick off the annual shopping festival in style—with a special experience by turning Flight 904 from New York (LaGuardia) to Chicago (Midway) into a fashion extravaganza 35,000 feet in the sky. Passengers got a first look at fall fashion favorites from Macy’s—everything from stylish jumpsuits to trendy jeans. And the kicker, each customer got to take home a $100 Bloomingdale’s gift card for their very own shopping spree when landing in Chicago.
