The JetSet Weekends feature iconic, global, party destinations focused on luxury, style, and a stimulating sophistication. ROOF will be transformed into the infamous Carnival in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (Memorial Day Weekend); a sun-filled private island in Saint-Tropez (June 24-26); a colorful festival in Bangkok (August 12-14); and a lively sea-side bash in Ibiza, Spain (Labor Day Weekend); with everything under the sky, 27 floors above it all.

It all kicks off this Memorial Day weekend with their Rio de Janeiro event you won’t want to miss. Without ever leaving Chicago, you can enjoy traditional Brazilian street fare such as Feijoada (black beans, chourico, cilantro, bacon, fried farm egg, hot sauce), Pastel (smoked shrimp, hearts of palm, marcona almond, orange, pineapple) and Coxinhas (jidori chicken, grilled corn, roasted peppers, pimento aioli), that are carefully prepared by theWit’s talented Culinary Team. Then sip the week’s stress away with specialty Caipirinhas featuring Leblon cachaça.
