Parker rooftop at Hotel Lincoln (1816 North Clark Street). \nWhen: Held Wednesday mornings in July from 7am-8am\, each week will feature a different yoga sequence including Deep Flow Vinyasa\, Power Flow\, Yoga For Athletes and Balance & Strength. \nDetails: In August\, Equinox will swap yoga for barre classes. Offered every Wednesday from 7am-8am\, this total body workout will focus on tightening\, toning and stretching your body using ballet movements and isometric training.
