Hotel Missoni Opens in Brazil

The newest resort collections have nothing on high fashion’s latest resort destination. Missoni has expanded its already successful brand from luxury clothing to contemporary hotels, starting with Edinburgh, Scotland.  Next stop, the heart of Brazil, Bahia. Hotel Missoni Ilha de Cajaíba will offer 118 guestrooms, including 48 suites, as well as 32 villas with golf facilities and oceanfront views.  The hotel’s inspiration isn’t far from that of Missoni’s clothes.  The look appeals to the well-traveled, modern guest who appreciates artist design, authenticity and culture.  In addition to the unique design, the hotel is eco-friendly and feeds off the beautiful surroundings that Brazil has to offer.  Vivid palm trees and natural wildlife surround the private pool, premier golf course, and tropical beaches.
