Ralph Lauren's Après-Ski Fête Starring Actress Kate Hudson
On December 30th, Kate Hudsonplayed a new role as host for an exclusive après ski cocktail party, which celebrated the opening of the new Ralph Lauren store in Aspen.
Over 400 VIP’s were there including, Desperate Housewives star Nicolette Sheridan with Nicklas Soderblom, A.J. and Jamie-Lynn DiScala, Dean Cain with his son Chris and of course, the impeccable Kate Hudson and husband Chris Robinson, her mom Goldie Hawn (looking ever-so stunning) and brother Oliver Hudson turned out to the event, which benefited DATA (an organization that raises awareness and response to the various human rights and health crises taking place in Africa).
Guests sipped on specialty drinks like white cosmopolitans, champagne and white
wines, served by wait staff uniformed in RLX ski pullovers, as was the DJ.
The new two-story, 7,000 sq ft store will feature the Men’s Purple Label and Blue Label, Women’s Collection and Blue Label, RRL, Vintage items and will feature the first RLX shop, an exclusive shop within the store that will carry the premier RLX ski collection.
The collection features an assortment of products for both men and women, including the limited edition RLX jacket, state of the art gifts and accessories collected from around the globe, along with special watches and contemporary hunting lanterns that have been hand-picked for the Aspen market. The RLX line also features the most stylish designs and luxurious fabrics, rendering the clothes perfect for après-ski or simply looking cool on the slopes. RLX is also the official uniform of the Aspen/Snowmass.
As guests left the cocktail party, they were given the very fashionable cashmere ultra-luxe RLX ski hats. Ahhh, only in A-list Aspen...
