The dress with its sheer, pale color, tiny detailed embellishments, frayed cap sleeves, and cute drop ribbon belt couldn't be more perfect. She pairs the gorgeous dress with a classic updo, regal creamy skin, bold and bright lips, silver heeled mary janes, and a square black clutch to contrast the light dress.
